1. How long has your company been in business?
We have been established since 2003 as a professional manufacturer of metal forming machinery.

2. How many countries have your products been exported to?
Our products have been exported to more than 20 countries including America, Chile, Mexico, Bolivia, Brazil, Australia, Portugal, Macedonia, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, U.A.E, Kuwait, Egypt, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Algeria, Niger, Indonesia and India.

3. Where is your company located?
We are located near Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport. We are about 15 minutes away from Hangzhou International Airport and a 2 hour drive away from Shanghai Airport. We are about a 50 minute train ride away from Shanghai.

4. Do you install the machine?
The machine will be closely inspected in our workshop before delivery. If you request it, we will send one technician to your factory to install the machine. The buyer pays our technician's travel cost outside of China.

5. What is the output capacity (tones or sheets/hr) of the proposed plant per 8 hour-shifts?
For the roof roll forming machine, if the length of product is 5m/piece, the working speed is about 10m/min including cutting time. If the machine is used 8 hours per day, the capacity is about 4800m, total 950 pieces of 5m length product.

6. What are your payment terms?
30% paid to us as deposit by T/T, 70% paid to us by T/T after client's inspection and approval or by irrevocable L/C at sight.

7. Can you describe your After-Sales Service?
Excellent and efficient after-sales service is an indispensable part of our business that allows clients to achieve mutual benefits. We promise to offer the following most favorable and satisfactory service for our clients:
1. Professional technicians will be assigned to the client's company to supply guidance in machine installation and commissioning and hold training sessions for the operator. If the client requests it, we also supply free training at our company for operators.
2. The equipment from our company will be delivered with detailed installation instructions and an operation manual. We can offer plant layout design free of charge.
3. All equipment is offered with a one year quality warranty. Within the warranty period, maintenance of equipment and equipment replacement parts are free of charge. After the guarantee expires, we supply long-term maintenance service and supply equipment parts at cost price.
